An automatic Best Buy was purchased without my authorization and at once I requested the cancellation and it has not yet been done. Please ask them to cancel it because I requested it before they send the package

-If you mean you purchased something from Best Buy you have to contact them, not eBay's seller
-If you mean you purchased something from an eBay Seller and changed your mind and then requested a Cancellation the Seller is under no obligation to comply, although I would and have (as long as the item hasn't shipped).
-Nobody here has access to your account so you will have to work directly with your Seller.
-If you think someone has hacked your account and is buying on it then change your PW immediately, "unauthorized" is hard to prove if your account has not been hacked, neither eBay nor the Seller can initiate you purchasing, that is something you have to do on your end.
