Amount Recieved in Bank is less than amount Ebay says I am due
When I review the sales transaction and it says funds available and they show all the fees and shipping and it ends with Order Earnings of $35.02, but I only received $26.84. See attached picture.,,, or I thought I could attach a picture. Nope.
Buyer paid $34 plus shipping of $22.30. Total $56.30 Ebay, it appears did not collect tax.?????
What I earned. Order total $56.30
Transaction Fees $8.06
Shipping label $13.22
Order Earnings $35.02
Deposited into bank account $26.84
Can someone please explain?

If you sold another item after that one, it is probably the shipping for the new order being deducted from the prior sale. Shipping is always paid from available funds.
Go to your payment account and click on the payout to see what was deducted.
