Ammending or replaceable feedback
Being unfamiliar with eBay I wanted some help with an item I received. I made comments in the feedback section which were negative. I though these comments went to eBay, not to the public. Since that time I have been contacted by the seller and made satisfactory arrangements concerning the item. I wish to amend or replace my comments. The automated system sends me in circles and can't find a way to contact a person.
Any help would be appreciated.
