Amex payment not going through
Trying to buy a watch I won in auction <$400 and paying with an AMEX card.
But I keep getting error “Your payment was not processed. Please try again or select another payment method to continue.â€
has anyone had this issue?
I’ve used this card in eBay before and don’t have another card to use. My bank says they haven’t rejected any charges. eBay says it must be an issue on my end, but I’ve tried different browsers and devices. Even Apple Pay (w/ same card linked), but payment won’t go through.

Mentor3 years agoI think if you look at any name brand watch listing, you will see that Amex is not a payment option. I do not know why Amex will not accept charges for watches - I think it is also true for coins - but this has been true since eBay set up their own payment processing.
