i purchased American silver dollars that are fake and don't want to send them back I want to melt them down to nothing so they can't try to sell them to someone else and I do want my money back that I paid for them

If you want your money back, return them as "not as described". That is the only way on eBay to be sure that the seller is required to refund you.

You can avoid a lot of potential issues entirely by choosing only to do business with experienced sellers that have a proven track record of delivering exactly what was advertised and by avoiding new or inexperienced sellers, sellers that have drastically changed behavior recently, or sellers that appear to be drop shipping from another location.
