American Girl Barbie Presale Item never received

Question

I ordered two presale American Girl Barbies that I have not received. One seller is no where to be found now and the other canâ€™t seem to tell me when I will receive the item. This is over $1000 I have lost and I canâ€™t get anybody on the phone with EBay to talk about it. This is terrible!! Doesnâ€™t EBay have a policy for presale items to protect the buyer? Can anybody give me any advice??

I would go to your Order History, find the two transactions and look for the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, open an Item Not Received refund request. eBay will notify the Sellers who have three business days to respond. Do this for both Sellers, even for the one who is no longer around. If neither Seller responds on time, go back to each request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund. Be sure to follow through on this. Do not let either Seller string you along.
