I have finally found the place to get help so I want to delete this post.

I don't think you can delete this, but you can ignore it. Here's the answer I would have provided.

The only way you can revise feedback is to have the seller send you a "feedback revision request". Message the seller and ask him or her to send you the revision request. The seller link below explains how the seller can do that.

Don't revise your feedback UNTIL you have your refund. Don't revise it because the seller promises you something.
