Ambiguous listing, should I/can I cancel the order?

I put up a listing for "1 Skein ..." of a particular yarn, and had 5 skeins available. Besides the title, the description says it's for one skein. Unfortunately I ticked "sell as lot" so there was one place in the listing that said it's for a lot of 5 (automatically generated). The buyer insists that she expects all five skeins. I tried the automatic agent but it doesn't give any useful results. Can I cancel the order and refund her?

Yes, I suggest you file a Cancellation and refund the buyer. The most logical reason will be for Out of stock. When you relist, do NOT use the word Lot. You have a Quantity of 5, but the listing is for 1 item, and buyers select how many they want.
