Amazon products
Is a seller a loud to sell Amazon products on eBay? I bought from a seller and the item I bought literally came straight from Amazon.

Mentor2 years agoA seller can sell here and on amazon, and have amazon fill all of their orders.
A seller is not allowed to sell you an item, and then go buy it on amazon and have it shipped to you.
Sometimes it is hard to tell the difference. If the price on amazon is about the same as you paid, the seller probably sells in both places. If you paid quite a bit more than buying from amazon, or if the item came with a gift receipt, then the seller is breaking the rules and can be reported.

OP2 years agoThe item he sold on eBay was almost $8 more than what came from Amazon with the sellers name and gift receipt that was different than the sellers name on eBay. I told eBay officials about everything and now they are being investigated for price gouging. Thanks for your response.
