Mentor6 months agoIn that specific situation the answer is no. However, there are some eBay sellers that are also Amazon sellers so they use the Amazon Fulfillment service to ship their eBay orders. This is eBay legal. The key is if a gift receipt is in the package or not. Without a gift receipt it is OK with both companies. With a gift receipt it is a violation of both companies rules.

Mentor6 months agoNo. Anytime you get an item from Amazon with a Gift receipt, that means the seller listed the item on ebay, and when it sold, s/he went to Amazon and used his/her Prime account to purchase and have the item shipped to you. That is both an Amazon and ebay violation. Report this to Amazon and ebay.

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "Seller used his Amazon Prime account to purchase this item to send to me."
Too many defects, and sellers can be restricted or suspended.
