Amazon it's just better
Why are eBay shipping so slow? I made 2 orders, one on Amazon and one on eBay and the Amazon one arrived first. eBay should no longer use USPS services

You're trying to compare apples to oranges.
Amazon orders are usually shipped from local Amazon DCs on Amazon delivery trucks that are in every neighborhood every day.
eBay doesn't ship anything, eBay sellers do. These are most often individuals and they cannot operate like one of the biggest corporations on planet Earth. They set their own handling times and use the best carrier that fits their needs. Many customers would rather support a small business person rather than support a huge corporation trying to corner the market entirely. Having choices is a GOOD thing. Planning ahead also gives you more choices rather than shopping last minute.

Mentor2 years agoAmazon purchases will usually arrive quicker because they have warehouse all over the USA, and can ship to the buyer from the nearest warehouse. On ebay, sellers are located all over the USA, and will usually only have one location they can ship from. I use USPS, am located in California, and do not use Fed Ex or UPS because my items are fairly light weight, and those carriers are not convenient to me, but I will use them if my package is over about 8 pounds.
