Amazon Fulfilling ebay purchases & Deception
I have ordered Gypsy Cold Care Tea by Traditional Medicinals from two ebay vendors that clearly had this item for sale NOT Herbal Cold Care (a different formula) that was shipped via Amazon.
As a long time ebay shopper I have purchased items by specific Brand Names knowing sources for original items are available only on ebay.
Is there an ebay Seller Code of Conduct to only sell what they physically have in their possession and matches their items description?

Mentor2 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
