Amazon drop shipping on eBay
I read in the rules that you can’t sell an item that is shipped by a company that ships using their own shipping company. “Amazon” I reported this, but eBay didn’t even seem interested. There are many sellers doing this. Dropshipping from Amazon to eBay is strictly prohibited by eBay's policies. Sourcing items from another retail marketplace or storefront and having them ship directly to your buyer violates the platform rules and leads to account

Mentor3 weeks ago@donald409240 If you receive an item from Amazon that has a gift receipt then that is a violation of policy. You can file a not as described return request because you bought from eBay, not Amazon.
However it is allowed as @disneyshopper said if they own their own merchandise that is stored in the Amazon warehouse and are using fulfilled by Amazon.

Mentor3 weeks agoDid you receive a gift receipt in the package sent from Amazon? If so, then the seller used his/her Prime account to make the purchase and send to you. That is against the rules on both ebay and Amazon. Go to the listing, scroll all the way down and click on the question ? mark in the lower right hand corner and REPORT LISTING.
Some sellers sell on both ebay and Amazon, and their inventory is kept at Amazon warehouses. This is perfectly fine as long as a gift receipt is not enclosed.
