eBay must rely on buyers reporting this type of drop shipping, as it is almost impossible to detect from listings. Â This type of drop shipping is not allowed, and eBay does take action against sellers who do it.

Sellers are allowed to sell both here and on amazon, and use amazon fulfillment services to ship all of their orders. Sometimes it is not easy to determine if this is what your seller is doing. If the item came with a gift receipt, it is a drop ship purchase. Â If the prices are about the same between eBay and amazon, it is probably a seller using amazon fulfillment.

To report,  On this page select violated policy - https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 then select other. In the box write 'seller purchased item from amazon to fill my order’.
