Amazon Disclaimer by Sellers
As EBay customers we should demand that sellers disclose if they are using EBay to sell their Amazon store products. Time and again I make a purchase from this site and it arrives via Amazon vans in Amazon packaging! If I wanted to support the evil billionaire, I’d use that site to make the purchase. This is unacceptable. A disclosure, icon, message, something needs to be required to display to buyers that the seller is working with Amazon.

Sellers that are willing to violate eBay and Amazon policy and fulfill eBay orders by retail drop-shipping are probably also willing to lie to hide that fact from eBay and their buyers; demanding that policy-violators follow policies (or that liars tell the truth) is not likely to do much good.
It may not be possible to always identify in advance those sellers who drop-ship, but it is possible to identify some common characteristics of illicit retail drop-shippers or other under-performing sellers, and thus avoid the worst of them.
Often they can be spotted by a combination of low feedback number, free shipping of heavy items where it would not be profitable to use retail shipping, use of stock photos, high handling time (not necessarily if they are using Amazon or Walmart, though), poor feedback received with complaints of delays and wrong items or out of stock cancellations, very odd item selection and/or quantities like items were chosen at random from a catalog, canned item descriptions scraped from another site that exactly match many other similar listings, differences between registration location on the feedback page and item location (or vague item location -- like "US, United States"), or inability to answer even basic questions about the items being sold.

Am I understanding correctly, that what I am describing is against EBay’s policies? If so then I will take further action as this has happened 4 times this year. I leave feedback noting that the seller is shipping/distributing via Amazon to let others know.

You are most welcome!

Yes, specifically this:
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/setting-shipping-options/drop-shipping?id=4176&st=3&pos=1&query=Dropshipping&intent=dropshipping&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1114
"[L]isting an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your customer is not allowed on eBay."
If the seller is using a personal Amazon Prime account to fulfill eBay orders, that is also against Amazon policy, though I have not found a direct link to report such abuse to Amazon.
If so then I will take further action as this has happened 4 times this year. I leave feedback noting that the seller is shipping/distributing via Amazon to let others know.
Leaving appropriate feedback to let other potential buyers know what the seller is doing is very helpful, as is reading seller feedback to look for such comments from other buyers before making a purchase.
