Am I required to purchase shipping from ebay?

Hi. I'm a new seller. Going into this, I had no idea how shipping works. I see that ebal wants to sell me shipping labels. Am I required to use this service to ship? Or can I just go to the post office and ship my items independently ? (I need to pay with cash, so this would be easier in this case.)

Yes, you can ship your buyer's orders independently, but make sure you ship with tracking and upload the tracking number in the order details.
