A customer whose address was Vietnam ordered and paid for a $200 item. The address however was to a freight forwarding warehouse in Portland Oregon and no international shipping. The reviews on this company Pacific Sky Shipping were mixed and I need to know if I am covered under eBay seller protection if the buyer later files a claim. Thanks
