We would need to know why you think you are being scammed by a buyer, before we can help you. You are a new seller, so I am going to guess that you are seeing the payments you've received marked as Pending, so you have not shipped the items, and the buyers are asking you when you are going to ship. The funds are there but will not be released until the item's tracking shows they have been received by the buyers. The amount you've posted for shipping is available for buying shipping labels through ebay. To learn about the payment hold open the link below.

FYI. when the funds are released, your bank may hold them for a few days before depositing them, since you've not received ACH transfers from ebay commerce before.
