Am I being scammed?
A customer says he paid for an item he didn't order or want and wants his money back. I have no record of his "purchase" and no money from Ebay. I always use the USPS shipping label from Ebay. No record of anything from the customer. It is a small amount of money so why would anybody scam for a few bucks? I have tried to contact Ebay but can't speak to a live person and their automated systems don't seem to understand my problem. I NEED TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON. Any ideas?

Mentor2 weeks agoIgnore this until buyer actually opens a case, which he won't be able to do, if you never received and order from him.

Mentor2 weeks agoJust ask your customer what the item# was as you show no record of it. Rinse and repeat. The buyer may have mixed you up with another seller they purchased from.
