Am I being scammed??
I made a purchase on 4/13/25. The listing said US seller. Then the next day I see the sellers 'origin' says Pakistan and it'll around sometime mid May. So I put in a cancel request because I didn't want to wait a month. 5 days go by...nothing...no shipping, tracking, nothing on the request. Then, all of a sudden on 4/20/25 in the middle of the night I get a 'cancel order request denied' from eBay and a tracking number saying it was delivered on 4/16/25. And it shipped only an hour from my home in Iowa no less, a town of only 250 people. And yet....I've never received the package. And no...it wasn't stolen. I have a cameras, the USPS mail notification of what in that days mail and I live outside of town in a small community.
Is it possible to fake tracking numbers?
