have to ask this question as it apers very odd. I tried to purchase an item which the seller suddenly does not have available anymore. after that I'm getting bombarded with emails like the texts I copied below. unfortunately, there is no true contact at Ebay to ask if that is legit. The refund offered is significantly higher that the purchase price.

could u please confirm "delivered"
