Am I being defrauded?
I purchased items on eBay. After I purchased them as a guest I downloaded the app.
ive been receiving updates from the orders I purchased. Now I received emails that they have been delivered but nothing has been dropped off.
when I click on track package from the email it says “Order not foundâ€
the items don’t appear in my apps purchases and I can’t reach out to seller.
Have I been scammed?
what can I do?
it seems impossible to speak to anyone at eBay

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account.
For help with a guest purchase, sign out of eBay and then use the "order details" link in the email you received regarding the guest order, or else open the link in a private or incognito browser window by right clicking on the link.
