Altwrnatives to USPS.
Tracking shows that they were shipped but then they stopped progressing. I have filed 3 reuest/missing mail reports but the buyers are getting antsy. At my requesting buyer has reported me to Ebay and I've asked the other to, also. When that happens I refund immediately. Luckily they were relatively inexpensive but the USPS is advertising and charging for a service they can't provide with any certainty. Which way do ai look next?
