altered coins and non authenic coins in authenic capsules
Here recently I purchased coins of which one had been altered toning that rubbed of with simple perspiration on hands.. I complained to the seller and was threatened for fraud charges for cleaning the coin. What does one do? Seconed I purchased a coin graded by Anacs for double die on reverse(DDR) encapsalated and stickered. Upon inspection there is no DDR and the capsule is marred and some cracking. I contacted the seller to be told contact Anacs and I looked up the registration number on their sight but no photos were provided. Now what does one do about these fake buys?
