Allstate Protection Plans
I have been attempting to cancel an extended warranty on a purchased item that was never delivered. I keep going in circles with this and not getting anywhere! The seller is saying they are not responsible to refund, Allstate is saying to contact seller. I even tried to put in a complaint with eBay, and they I get a canned response saying that they didn't find the issue to be in violation of their policy.
