Allstate protection plan
Bought an Alternator rectifier & an Allstate Protection plan for the rectifier in same order but rec was incorrect & returned it, been doing forensics on my CC & came across the Allstate charge, this plan was for the rectifier, I did not & could not use it nor I did I receive credit from Allstate plan, I've been trying to talk with a live agent but cannot get there . the Order date: Aug 06, 2024 Order total: US $5.98 Order number: 21-11898-67018

Mentor1 year agoeBay can only help for 30 days from receipt of the item. You are long past this deadline. The Allstate plan is totally separate from the listing as far as eBay is concerned so you need to contact Allstate about any refund. Check any paperwork that you received about the plan.
