Allstate Insurance Screen Freezes purchase
I am very frustrated with this...it has happened several times.
When I try to "purchase now" the add on of Insurance - which I NEVER EVER WILL WANT - it being really the only terrible service thing I have gotten from this site...worthless and trouble - will not allow me to get past it...t freezes te screen and system, regardless of what I do. I have to actually refresh page to clear - and then its the same thing all over.
How can I get this to stop? I would even prefer to never see it.
Now I try to contact seller and have them send me an offer to sell or such...which sometimes works. The screen I'm talking about is pasted in part below:

OP1 year agoI am pretty much as straight normal a system - Windows...Chrome....etc
The problem does not happen all the time.
I just went in and bought something else...but no Allstate Ins pop up and no problem.

Mentor1 year agoThere should be a blue "Proceed" button at the bottom of the popup and an "X" at the top right -- using either of those should get you past the popup to checkout, provided you have the "no thanks" option checked by default.
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue if you cannot get past that popup.

OP1 year agoYes...I have done all those things....including going through this with Ebay at one time for hours. YES...the box for no is checked - I even try toggling it on and off with another, no the X out doesn't work. The Proceed button changes from blue to grey when pressed....and never ever clears.....
NO - it isn't me ..my Chrome browser (which if it was could certainly be a big problem for them and elsewhere)....where I'm from or anything. It is something there.

What operating system are you using?
