Allstate Insurance on my purchase - did not come through

Question

I selected the Allstate Insurance offer on my $1250 purchase of a new item on Jan 30 and after I paid, I did not get an offer to buy the insurance that I had clicked, and an offer to still buy the insurance did not show up on my confirmation page. I have not received this item yet. Can I still buy the insurance, it is important. There does not seem to be any way to contact anyone about this.
