Allstate insurance not included after offer was accepted
I made an offer on an item and included 3-year Allstate insurance on it. The offer was accepted, but the insurance was not added to my purchase. eBay's help is useless, since the only kind of insurance or warranty it knows about is for shipping. Allstate says that insurance can be added to a purchase within 30 days, but has no instructions for doing so.

If the item you are purchasing qualifies for an Allstate Protection Plan, you have the option to purchase it directly from the item description page prior to checkout. After checkout, you can still purchase it from the payment confirmation page or through your post-purchase reminder email.

OP9 months agoThanks for the reply; however, the purchase was automatic after the seller accepted my offer, so I had no chance to "check out" with the insurance option.
Also, I reviewed my post-purchase emails and none of them offer the option of adding insurance after the fact.

That's all the information that I have about this topic, that if it qualifies it should be in your purchase confirmation email.
You can try contacting All-State, I don't know if it will work.
