OP5 months agoThanks for the info - I couldn’t add initially because it was a best offer and didn’t give me the option
I’ve received a tracking # on the invoice which has been payed with PayPal but don’t see any where to pick up the insurance
Does that take a couple of days

Look for your post-purchase reminder email.
If you can't find that email - Try this number

OP5 months agoI called and virtual assistant said it will take 3 days or so for the post purchase reminder

OP4 months agoStill haven’t received any emails - tried calling and talk to a real person that could help. - no luck
all the people I talked to kept trying to help me place a claim - very broken English
extremely frustrating - All I want to do is purchase accidental insurance

If the item you are purchasing qualifies for an Allstate Protection Plan, you have the option to purchase it directly from the item description page prior to checkout. After checkout, you can still purchase it from the payment confirmation page or through your post-purchase reminder email.
