Allowing Standard Envelope rate if item sells for over $20
Hi
When I first heard about standard shipping, I was told that if the item sold for under $20 I could send the card in a PWE and a stamp and the label with ESU tracking number.
I took this to mean if I give the buyer a choice between Standard shipping and Ground Advantage shipping, if it sells under $20, the buyer would have the choice between using Standard or Ground Advantage shipping.
However, I was given the impression, if it sold for over $20, then Standard shipping would not be available to the buyer. BECAUSE STANDARD ENVELOPE SHIPPING WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO ME!! I can't even cancel the label because there is no way to print the Standard Envelope label, because it is not available.

If I am not allow to send the card at Standard Shipping, why should the buyer be allowed to select this option?
Seems to be a very simple fix:
If Selling Price > $20 then remove the Standard Shipping option and have buyer pay only at Ground Advantage rate!
Seems like all the years I have been with eBay, the over $100 you got on by 2018 Ohtani Gold card, you could spare the $4.22 or get it from buyer.
Any help would be appreciated!
