Your no returns policy can be easily bypassed, and the potential buyer can use a reason eBay provides that would force you to pay for a return shipping label and refund within 2 days of getting the item back. You will be better off in the long run to Accept returns. Can you blame a person wanting to know if a $ 750 or $ 950 ring doesn't fit they can return it?
You have some high priced items for a new Seller which makes you a target for scammers. Your funds will be on hold for 30 days until you sell a lot more. Payments on hold | eBay
At the end of the day the decision is yours. What the potential Buyer is really asking is about your no return policy if you think about it.
