All shipping methods changed over night from calculated to freight, cant get any help fixing. HELP!
Over night, last Sunday, all 500 of my listings were changed to freight without my knowledge or input. I have been unable to get any help from eBay to figure out why or help me fix it. When I check my method of shipping on the listing page it still shows “calculated†with the weight, and measurements, but on the page the buyer sees, It shows freight, contact seller. I tried today to just change all of them to free shipping, but it’s not letting me do that either. Does ANYONE PLEASE know anyway I can help from the powers that be at eBay central? I’m going to have to close my account if I don’t get this fixed. I did send a request to close it. Of course, they responded immediately to that, but I don’t really want to do that if I don’t have to.
