Mentor1 year ago"All sales are final" has no meaning on ebay. Every buyer has ebay's Money Back Guarantee. If the buyer never receives the item, or if the item received is not as described, the buyer can get his/her money back, as long as the time limits are followed. It is much friendlier to have a 30 days return policy.
