all orders NOT showing orders waiting for payment
is this a known issue ? my customer claims they never received my acceptance of an offer. i did accept. i sent invoice... they want to see the acceptance.
also, when i go in to orders, all orders, my orders waiting for payments are NOT listed there. is this a related issue ??
it does show up under a different drop down, waiting for payemnt . not under 'all orders'
can someone please confirm... ? thanks
