All of a sudden, cannot add description when trying to create a listing. eBay in NO HURRY to fix
After creating over 300 listings, suddenly I CANNOT ADD a description when trying to make a new listing! Won’t “takeâ€... I type in the title, amount, shipping, etc.... no problem.. BUT WONT LET ME ADD DESCRIPTION!! I’ve told eBay about this and was told 24-48 hours. It’s been MUCH longer and still no solution. MY ETSY WORKS JUST FINE!!! 😆 Anyone else having tech issues?

Mentor2 years agoI'm not having this problem and haven't seen any other reports about it. It may be a problem with your browser. You can try clearing your eBay cookies and a different browser to see if that resolves the problem.
Another thing you can do is use Sell similar from a different item and then change all the information needed for the new item. Pick one that has the most information that overlaps to reduce the number of things to change.
(I've used Sell similar for every listing I've created after my first listing 19 years ago.)
