Question

I was working on a new listing and suddenly the screen went shaded. I then tried to recover / to start over and discovered all of 108 items I had listed were gone also - I went to selling , summary & active drop downs and all that will come up is sold items on a screen I've never seen before - How do you reach an agent? contact us doesn't help

Try using a different browser as a test. If your pages appear as you expect, try clearing your browser cache and possibly manually deleting eBay cookies in the original browser.
