All my Predire items keep getting tagged by the Owner of the Company as Counterfeit
All items are right from the company same model numbers the company email address on the box company address and every time I list something they flag it as counterfeit but other people on this site sell the same items and they are still listed??????? BULL 🐂 SH$T I am about ready to take the stuff and run it over with my car this is Ridiculous

It is my understanding that you need to be an authorized Representative of Predire to sell their products. And if Predire is anything like Avon or Mary Kay, those Representatives cannot sell the company's products on eBay or other unauthorized sites.
If the owner is telling eBay to take down your listings, eBay must comply.
You will be risking your account by relisting them.

OP5 months agoThe only issue is I am not the only person attempting to sell it’s not an issue of selling it’s an issue of saying my items are fakes even though I have letters of authenticity through the dealer and the fact if I can’t sell the product then neither should the thousands of other people on the site be able to do so. Don’t tell me they are all authorized dealers and being a re seller is not illegal they are not an MLM like Avon Parklane and All those companies out there so that doesn’t apply. At this point after emailing the owner twice showing authenticity zero response. eBay has zero issues with me selling the product this guy just has a problem. It’s called Greed
