On a listing page you will see for example.
If you click on the underlined See details button many sellers state what their handling (packing & shipping) time frame is. Do note that the delivery time frames are ESTIMATED, those dates are provided by ebay, not by the actual shipping service, and they are based on the average delivery time of the seller's items.

-What countries were they from?
-Does the tracking history on those items in your purchase history show ANY tracking details?
-You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the original estimated delivery date

-eBay has nothing to do with when a Seller ships their items after a purchase.
