ebay usually holds new seller's funds for a 30 day period to make sure the buyers don't want to open returns or show any other type of dissatisfaction
once u have a positive reputation with some time behind it, your funds will release according to how you set the time frame for the release

Mentor4 months agoIf you used ebay labels or otherwise uploaded tracking, your funds will still be held as a new seller. This hold period will shorten and go away as you continue to provide on time shipping, no violations, and happy buyers.
