All messages have been deleted

Question

All messages have been deleted, does anyone know how to retrieve them.

I had send a message and then the seller reply , I got the email from eBay, tried to reply with the email and then just going to my account. Both ways said I have no messages. Everything else is still correct in my account, orders , bids, â€¦

Are you sure you are signing in to the same eBay account that received the messages? Try replying directly to the email you received, not using the blue reply button in the message.
