all listing are lisitng are active – eBay Store Not Showing Active Listings – Store Category Shows 0 Listings
Summary: hometown_autoparts reported an issue with their eBay Store not reflecting active listings, even though individual items are available for purchase. Despite attempts to fix the issue by reassigning categories, the Store still shows "sold out." eburtonlab suggested listings might take up to 24 hours to index, while mr_lincoln noted the account's recent registration and feedback history without resolving the problem. The issue appears to be related to inventory synchronization or indexing.
Hi, I need help with an eBay Store inventory synchronization issue.
I have 4 active Buy It Now listings, each with available quantity of 1. All 4 listings are assigned to my Store category “Spindles & Knuckles.”
However, when I go to:
Store → Store Categories → Spindles & Knuckles
eBay shows 0 listings.
My public Storefront also shows “We are sold out”, even though the individual listings are active and available for purchase.
I have already tried removing and reassigning the Store category to the listings and saving/revising the listings, but the issue remains.
One example is item 820175007476, which is publicly active and available for Buy It Now.
Please check whether there is an issue with the Store inventory/category indexing or synchronization on my account. The listings are active, but the Store is not recognizing them as available inventory.
Please also check if my Store is affected by any current listing/store inventory technical issue.

Mentor2 weeks ago@hometown_autoparts As @eburtonlab pointed out new listings can take up to 24 hours, sometimes a bit longer, to index to the site. Revising starts the clock over again.
This listing> 820175007476 can only be found if I put the item number at the end of this search tool> https://www.ebay.com/itm/ That means it's still indexing.

Mentor2 weeks agoHi @hometown_autoparts
I see you registered your account on September 20, 2026 and there is a note on your Feedback history via the small Icons by your ID that it was recently updated. I see one item for sale as of this writing.

New listings can take up to 24 hours from the last revision to be indexed and appear in search or in a store.
