Mentor6 months agoGo to your Purchase history. Locate the transaction. You can click I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ITEM, or you can click the option to RETURN the item because it is Not as Described. You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date, or 30 days from receipt of the item to file a case.
