Dear Sirs,
I am writing to inform you that on 27 October 2013, I made an order for CR-V Front Lower Bumper Cover OEM (Order N 26-10701-63301) from the seller: Raymondver2014.
Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered the item I was not meant to buy. I wanted to return the item and request a refund for it, however, my request was declined by the seller on the grounds that they do not accept returns, which, it is true, was indicated on their page and which I should have noticed, but I didn’t.
As far as I know private sellers can state that they don’t accept returns, but they’re still subject to eBay’s Money Back Guarantee.
Since the seller claims that the item is not eligible for refund, can I have this issue escalated to involve eBay?
Please, help me handle this case so that I can achieve the refund. I very much rely on you as the responsible and customer-oriented company.
