AIR RIFLE SALE IN VIRGINIA
I have an air rifle for sale, and a customer that is interested to purchase it. The customer lives in Virginia. Virginia has relaxed many laws regarding firearms and air rifles, however ebay does not seem to have updated their policy to reflect the laws of that state. The customer is not able to purchase the air rifle because ebay is rejecting his purchase stating that it is in violation of VA law. Any work around for this issue? I have researched and confirmed that there are no restrictions on air rifles in VA other than age without supervision.
