AI won't connect me to himan

From what I've seen so far your AI is useless. I am calling to discuss some deductions from my payout. AI can't seem to understand that's why I want to talk to a human it then tells me it cannot connect me at this time what's up with that?

Apparently there have been recent changes to your AI. It cannot grasp my subject Charging fees for one order from another order, When I ask to speak to an agent the response is "I cannot do that at this time."
