eBay, before you decide to start pushing whatever AI nonsense you're cooking up, just stop.
Save for your offshore dev team, no one wants it. Look at Microsoft, who's basically trying to gaslight everyone into thinking AI is "good for the customer."
It isn't.
No one wants every little detail about them recorded and analyzed, including biometric data, and sold to marketers or kept in-house for yet another annoying eBay sales push initiative.
Just stop.
Instead, spend time improving your app (Android), which blows chunks. That'll get you further, imho.

The recording of every little detail about you started long before AI. And unfortunately, AI is here to stay. It's everywhere, and eBay has no intention of giving it up based on their expanded use of it over time.
