You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If you are unable to get a call back, try contacting eBay via social media direct message:
I already tried FB. Tons of complaints there about the same thing.
The AI won't let me speak to a Human, nothing, it just keeps repeating the same thing over & over again & I can't choose a different issue (mine wasn't listed) because it still shows the previous issue. Even if you say something else, it's just the same response.
I'm blocked. There's no phone number option like there used to be.
I filed a BBB report. They have had almost 2000 complaints in the last 3 years.
Anyway, I called now much earlier & I was still blocked by the AI, but it finally created a way for me to get a callback & I spoke to a rep & filed a complaint re: their AI & got my seller issues dealt with.
He also agreed with what I already knew. Several sellers aren't responding back to messages & that's even pre-sale, but even after the sale when there's issues. I've read many reviews.

Mentor1 month ago@ep2002michelle I understand your frustration with trying to get past the chat bots.
If you tell us what the problem is then I can try and give you a pathway past the bots.
Keep in mind that agents can NOT change site policies and mostly read from scripts.
We can advise you of your rights as a buyer and help you get a refund if needed.
We can also tell you how to report a seller without ever contacting customer service directly as the agent just fills out the same form.

Mentor1 month agoThere is no Facebook page for Ebay Customer Service nor phone number to call since the agents are working in different locations.
Most questions/issues can be correctly addressed here by the experienced and knowledgeable Ebay Mentors.
Here's how to contact a general customer service agent:
Click this link>
1. https://www.ebay.com/help/contact?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000
2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief, don't go into details.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
OR Contact customer service on social media using a PRIVATE message>

OP1 month agoAs I already said, I did all of that already & the AI is blocking me.
I know how to deal with AI on many sites, & this one just repeats the same thing over & over again no matter what I put, agent, human whatever.
There is an ebay page. I didn't say they give customer service, but everyone is complaining there. It's not just me.
