Ai for listing
Summary: chanas_treasuretrove upgraded to a Basic eBay Store and subsequently lost access to the photo-first AI listing feature. This tool was crucial for creating their listings, and the lack of it has made selling difficult. They are inquiring if they can regain access to this feature without canceling their subscription or if store subscribers are permanently excluded from it.
Message
I recently upgraded to a Basic eBay Store. Immediately afterward, I lost access to the photo-first AI listing feature that identified my items and created listings from pictures.
This feature was the primary way I created my listings, and the new advanced listing tool is making it very difficult for me to continue selling.
Can you restore my previous AI listing experience without canceling my Basic Store subscription? If not, can you confirm whether Store subscribers are permanently excluded from this feature?
