AI customer service is useless.

Question

I made a fraud report last week and have not received an update. It has been impossible to speak with a live human. Today I tried to use eBay chat for customer service. I was only part way into my chat when the screen went black. I started another chat and AI wrote completed. Does anyone know how to speak to a real customer service agent?

If you used the question ? mark in the lower right corner of the screen to report the fraud, ebay usually does not report their findings.
